Reviews from our customers ❤️

Awesome experience from request for quotes to scheduling and installation.

They had a few options and packages to chose from. I really appreciated the speed of getting a reply and patience in answering questions before signing on.Nelson came out to install, was extremely thorough in our options on how to install. We had a unique situation with routing our water but he was again, very patient and clear. They removed my old softener and put the new one in its place.

Eduardo came out to do the inspection and explained how to operate. Solid warranty too. All of this was done in a few hours. Highly recommend.

We had considered water softener for many years but were hesitant given the expense. Seeing the damage hard water does to your pipes, your shower appliances, dishwashers, cars, and skin.... Made me realize that water conditioning is a necessity! I called many (7+) sources on Yelp with the highest reviews... but Patagonia was a clear WINNER! Eduardo is simply amazing. He understands the products, the solutions, never tried to upsell me... and listened to all my concerns and provided solutions. His team are all employees and not contractors (very important) so they know exactly what they're doing and do the job with the highest quality in mind. Their pricing is very competitive and their service is world class! I am extremely pleased with their service and have recommended them to family, friends and coworkers!

I definitely recommend Patagonia for all your water needs. My skin feels softer, I use less product in my hair and face. And overall my drinking water needs are fully satisfied and my quality of life has improved a great amount! Thank you.

📍 What areas does our Tracy team serve?

Soft Patagonian of Tracy, CA proudly offers water softener and reverse osmosis installation throughout Tracy, Stockton, Modesto, and nearby communities across San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties. Our service area includes Ripon, Escalon, Riverbank, Oakdale, Ceres, Turlock, Manteca, Patterson, Mountain House, French Camp, Hughson, and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're located anywhere between Tracy and Modesto or near Stockton, chances are we’ve got you covered.

🛠️  How do I know which water filtration system is right for my home?

That’s where our team comes in. We specialize in analyzing water quality across the Central Valley and greater Northern California region. We’ve reviewed local water reports and understand the specific issues that affect each city—from high mineral content to chlorine or nitrate levels. After a quick assessment, we’ll recommend a tailored solution to give your household cleaner, safer water.

💧 How can I tell if I have hard water in Tracy or Modesto?

Signs of hard water include mineral spots on dishes, dry skin, flat hair, soap scum buildup, and reduced water pressure. You might also notice your appliances wearing out faster. If you're dealing with any of these, it’s likely your water has high hardness levels. Installing a water softener can improve comfort, extend appliance life, and help your home feel cleaner overall.

🛠️  What does the installation process look like?

We install your water softener or filtration system at the main water entry point to your home. This ensures every faucet, shower, and appliance gets the benefit of treated water. Once installed, you’ll notice better-tasting water, less buildup, and softer laundry—right from day one.

What is the maintenance required for the reverse osmosis system?

The annual Reverse Osmosis service requires filter replacements. Every 3 or 4 years, the system also requires a membrane replacement. Please feel free to contact us at any time to schedule the service.

How long does the system last? Warranty?

All of our systems are designed to be a long-term solution, with a lifespan of up to 15-20 years. You are covered under a 10 year warranty that covers all parts and labor.

What are your product certifications?

All our water softener and reverse osmosis systems are made in the USA and tested & certified by the Water Quality Association against NSF/ANSI Standards.
